Comcast says the online outreach is part of a larger effort to revamp its customer service.
I don't know. I mean, I guess the idea is great, and knowing traffic on the internet and all tht is accessible thanks to it, I guess it's not a bad way to use the free resources available.
That said, I'm not going to lie. This article was SO interesting. Comcast may be the next Big Brother, but if Big Brother is going to get things done in an efficient time, then I say 'Why the hell not?'
